Wow... that's the best you could come up with... to post pics of someone puffing in Amsterdam? It's a damn shame when a bitter follower of a cult tries to expose alleged skeletons in a closet and doesn't know their ass from a hole in the ground.

Truth B Told? Ha. You don't have the balls to expose yourself, just hide behind a wall and try to anonymously smear someone's name.

xoxo Attorney, Infidel James.

P.S.- leave your name so I can sue you for defamation, slander and invasion of privacy. You'll have to hire a lawyer to defend yourself, which can be quite expensive. Never mind about leaving your name, I have my investigators working on obtaining your IP address and identity right now, so I'll know who you are in no time.

Forgot to mention. Cali's the worst place you can face charges of statuatory rape when you're a "celebrity". Just ask Roman Polanski. The good old boys in Houston are going to have fun once Anand finishes his life sentence on Cali- then Anand has to answer to New York prosecutors....

Anand's a disgrace to the good Indian immigrants of this country. This isn't about racism- it's about a sexual predator and pedophile. He should be ashamed of invoking the good name of Mahatma Ghandi... it's no wonder his own country has turned their back on Anand and will not intervene.

Wow. I had no idea that Anand Jon's family and friends could sink so low as to create this defamation blog. Shame on you guys! Now I know what kind of stock Anand comes from. You are a disgrace to the Indian nation.

Rest assured Ms. Linda Vega that once your day in court will come very soon

No further response or threats from Sanjana Jon or Linda Vega? Sounds like even you two have acknowledged his guilt and given up the fight for Anand. How is that online petition going? Obviously everyone knows Anand is guilty and is not willing to support him. Judge Wesley is giving the the defense great leeway in entertaining these frivilous motions for a new trial and to disquality the District Attorney- because in the end, Judge Wesley knows he's going to sentence Anand to life imprisonment for the crimes Anand has committed. Judge Wesley is just giving Anand a longer rope to hang himself by.

Then Anand still faces trial for the multiple rapes in Texas and New York.

It's great to see that justice is being served and the jury rightfully believed the truth of the victims, as the future juries in Texas and New York will as well. Your relentless blogging has failed to sway public opinion in favor of Anand, and has failed to intimidate the honest victims and witnesses in this matter.

I guess the Truth Really Hurts when you wake up and realize you have supported a mass rapist.

In closing, this Jessie Nizewitz has never sought public attention and is merely a witness to events that may have taken place. Obviously you believe this Jessie has incriminating information on Anand for you to go so far as create a blog for the sole purpose of intimidating her from testifying at a future trial.

Hello Sanjana, Linda, and Che. It must be a wonderful moring for you to wake up to find that despite your illegal attempts at witness and jury tampering, not only has Anand been denied a new trial, but Sanjana will also be facing jail time for jury tampering. I wish I was there to see Sanjana crying.

This news just in from L.A. Weekly:

After hearing both sides forcefully argue their cases for or against granting fashion designer Anand Jon a new trial this morning, Superior Court Judge David Wesley delivered his decision at 12:15 p.m.: The motion for a new trial is denied. Further, he has just cited Sanjana Jon Alexander and juror Alvin Dymally for contempt of court for their contact with each other during Jon's trial. A sentencing hearing has been set for August 31. Sanjana has risen and asked the judge permission to address the court but has been told to sit down.

As the arguments of deputy district attorney Frances Young and defense attorneys Leonard Levine and Donald Marks wore on earlier, it seemed as though Wesley was resistant to the idea of giving a second chance to Jon, who'd been convicted last November of 15 counts of sexual assault and a single count of rape. Yet the defense had a seemingly compelling argument: Toward the end of the 2008 trial, a rogue juror had reached out to Jon's sister, Sanjana Alexander, with apparently amorous intentions, with an offer to "help" her brother.

That juror, Alvin Dymally, was later caught in an apparent lie on the witness stand during a hearing this past spring. The defense maintained that at the very least Dymally's actions had forfeited the jury's claim to have been composed of 12 impartial members. More suggestively, Levine claimed that when Sanjana Alexander rejected Dymally's entreaties, he avenged himself by voting to convict Anand Jon.

And this news from My Fox Chicago:

Judge Denies New Sex
Assault Trial for
Fashion Designer Anand
Jon Alexander
A judge on Monday denied a request for a new trial for Indian-born fashion designer Anand Jon Alexander but found there had been misconduct by a juror and the defendant's sister during the sexual assault case.

Alexander, 35, was convicted of 14 counts including forcible rape. He was found not guilty of four felonies, and jurors could not reach a verdict on three counts. Prosecutors said he lured aspiring models to Los Angeles and sexually assaulted them.

Superior Court Judge David Wesley found juror Alvin Dymally and Sanjana Alexander in contempt of court after determining Dymally appeared to be seeking a romantic relationship with Alexander when he spoke to her by phone twice during the trial and offered his help.

Dymally also gave her a note in a courthouse cafeteria, asking her to call him. She did but refused to meet with him alone.

The judge held her in contempt for contacting the juror and failing to report the misconduct.

"She thought he was going to vote not guilty and she wanted that," Wesley said during Monday's hearing.

Defense attorneys claimed Dymally changed his vote to guilty after Sanjana Alexander refused to meet with him.

Later, outside the courtroom, a tearful Sanjana said, "This is a total travesty of justice. I did not go meet with him. If I did, this wouldn't have happened."

Asked why she didn't report the calls to her lawyers or the court, she said she was scared because she thought more jurors might be involved with him. She also said, "Nobody asked me."

The judge held Dymally in contempt for violating court instructions and also said the juror had lied on the witness stand about his phone conversations with Sanjana Alexander.

Wesley, however, said there was no proof the telephone conversations swayed the verdict.

"It is settled law in this state that a new trial will not be granted where there is misconduct of such a trifling nature," the judge said.

After the judge's ruling, prosecutors immediately filed a sentencing memorandum in which they asked that Alexander be imprisoned for the maximum possible under the law — three terms of 53 years and six months to life.

Alexander's sentencing was set for Aug. 31, with contempt hearings for his sister and Dymally to follow in September.

Anand Jon Alexander has been featured on the TV show "America's Next Top Model" and worked with such celebrities as Paris Hilton and Mary J. Blige

It's interesting that Sanjana and Linda posted pictures of this Jessie girl- trying to intimidate Jessie as a witness, yet I am not allowed to post the pictures I have of Linda Vega and Sanjana....a little cowardly of Sanjana and Linda Vega, don't you think???

Sanjana Abraham, elder sister of jailed fashion designer Anand Jon, has been fined $1,000 and sentenced to either five days in jail or to do 120 hours of community service for contempt of court.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Wesley earlier announced a fine of $1,000 and community service for 120 hours to juror Alvin Dymally for the same offence. The judge found them in contempt for violating a court order not to talk to anyone about the case. They had spoken with each other before and after the verdict that found Jon guilty.

Sanjana's attorney Dana Cole indicated she prefers to do community service, but has a medical condition. The judge ordered her to provide a valid doctor's notice.

He will decide on community service other than picking up trash for the Caltrans train service once the letter is produced September 22.

"Prosecutors are evaluating whether to file criminal charges against Dymally," said Jane Robison, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles district attorney.

Dymally admitted he acted in contempt of court. He apologised to the judge, saying he meant no disrespect. He gave his telephone number to Sanjana before the verdict, and spoke to her twice. He voted to convict Anand. After the verdict too, he spoke to Sanjana, who secretly recorded the conversation.

With the permission of the court, a meeting was arranged at a Starbucks outlet, but the prosecution prevented Dymally from meeting Sanjana.

The defence asked for a retrial pointing out Dymally's behavior. The judge did not agree and sentenced Jon to 59 years in jail.
